After finishing a dissertation in early March, it is time to back to gym.

5-day trek will be tough. I have no idea how hard it will be. But it is better to have a better training and preparation. It is because I will trek alone.

Okay, here's my training log.

09/3 Gym: Jog 20mins + Step 20mins + Spinning 20mins

12/3 Jog 6km + rowing 20mins

19/3 Swim 45mins
20/3 Gym: Spinning 1hr + Body pump 1hr
22/3 Swim 60mins
23/3 Spinning 45mins

28/3 10k run

17/4 Gym: Body pump 1hr + Spinning 1hr + Body Combat 1hr (tough!!)

24/4 Gym: Body pump 1hr + Uphill walk 4km + Spinning 1hr

30/4 Jog 4km (very lazy!!!)
